All photos are edited for light, color, sharpness and delivered in a private online gallery where you can download your favorite photos in high-resolution jpg format. You should receive an email with your photography gallery link within five business days.

We’ll do our best to accommodate any last-minute bookings, but to ensure you get your preferred date and time, we recommend booking at least 1 week in advance

Please text or email us if you are delayed. If you arrive late, keep in mind photographer may have another shoot booked right after, and it’s unlikely your shoot can be extended (although it’s always possible, so please ask!). 

Should you wish to extend beyond the time of your scheduled session and the photographer is available, add-on time is charged at a rate of $150.00 USD per 30 mins.

If you arrive late for your session, any time that has passed from your original start time will be forfeited, and you may shoot for the remainder of the time you have booked. The number of photos delivered may be adjusted to reflect the actual time spent together. You may add additional time if the photographer is free; add-on time is charged at a rate of $150.00  per 30 mins.

Should you wish your photographer to wait for you to arrive beyond the time your session was set to end, the extra waiting time will be charged at a rate of $50.00  per 15 minutes, on top of any fee for an extension of the shoot (add-on shoot time is charged at $150.00  per 30 minutes).

     If you want to keep going, and  photographer is free, you can pay the additional charge afterwards online. Each additional 30 minute increment is $150.00.

     REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Photo shoot bookings may be cancelled according to the following provisions:

• Photo shoots may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the date of the shoot for a 100% refund. 
• Photo shoots cancelled within 7 days and up to 72 hours prior to the photo shoot booking will receive a 90% refund. 
• If the cancellation request is sent 72 hours prior to the session, the client will receive a 50% refund, 
• If the cancellation request is sent 36 hours before the session or the client does not show up for the session, no refund will be granted.

If you need to cancel for any reason, please email as soon as possible

Vacation Photo Tour works rain or shine, so if you are not willing to be photographed in rain, snow or other various elements, please proactively cancel your session before two days prior to your scheduled shoot to avoid being charged. If the weather conditions are treacherous or dangerous, you can re-schedule or we will issue a full refund.

Tips are always appreciated. 

Transportation can be provided by Uber or taxi at your own expenses.

No. Photo Tours are single day only. 

No.  To protect the work of our photographers, under no circumstances are we able to provide RAW format files.

You have the rights to use the photos for personal use ONLY. Print them, share them with your loved ones. 

 Your photographer retains the copyright.

Clients are responsible for looking up and obtaining any necessary permits and paying all location fees, including photographer admission.
